How to play

Angry Checkers Online follows the traditional rules of American/International checkers, with a few optional twists to keep things exciting. Players take turns moving their pieces diagonally forward onto an unoccupied square. When a player's piece lands on a square adjacent to an opponent's piece, with an empty square immediately beyond it, the player can 'jump' over the opponent's piece, capturing it. Multiple jumps are often possible and encouraged. If a player's piece reaches the opponent's back rank, it becomes 'kinged' and gains the ability to move and capture both forwards and backwards. The objective is to capture all of your opponent's pieces or block them from making any legal moves. The game ends when one player has no pieces left or no valid moves. Our intuitive interface makes it easy to drag and drop pieces, with valid moves highlighted for convenience. Practice against different AI difficulties or challenge human opponents in real-time matches.
